Do I need a roofing license and qualifications?
Yes, you’ll need to hold all the necessary and current Australian roofing licenses and qualifications. This includes a Certificate III in Roof Plumbing or higher, applicable to the scope of work you’ll be doing as a franchisee. Since your franchise operates as its own entity, you’re responsible for making sure all work is compliant and properly signed off.
Do I need my own tools and vehicle?
Yes, you will need to provide your own tools and a suitable vehicle for roofing work. If you require assistance with financing or leasing options for these, we can help through our special group affiliations and departments.
How large is my franchise territory?
Each individual franchisee’s territory is designed to cover at least 10,000-20,000 residential homes providing ample work to keep you very busy! Should you wish to expand in the future, you will have the option of purchasing additional territories.
Can I take days off and holidays?
Absolutely, you are your own boss! All we ask is that you plan any time off in advance to ensure customers are not left without service.
Will you handle all my advertising and marketing?
A portion of your ongoing franchise fees will cover state-wide advertising costs, as well as some local advertising initiatives. While we provide significant marketing support, we also expect franchisees to engage in some local marketing efforts themselves if required. We will provide guidance and support to help you with these activities.
